Return & Refund Policy

At Eshaal Elegance, customer satisfaction is our priority. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains the terms under which returns and exchanges are accepted.

1. Returns & Exchanges

  • Clothing: Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Makeup & Perfumes: For hygiene and safety reasons, makeup, skincare, and perfumes are non-returnable and non-refundable unless you received a wrong, damaged, or defective product.
  • Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or promotion are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
  • It must be in the original packaging with all tags, labels, or seals intact.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Makeup & beauty products (lipsticks, foundations, mascaras, etc.)
  • Perfumes & body sprays
  • Intimate wear or accessories (if applicable)
  • Items damaged due to misuse or not in resalable condition

4. Refunds

Refunds will be issued only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

Clothing items can be exchanged for a different size or design (if available).

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

6. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures of the item, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
